Purposes of processing

Management of the medical service:

• Required in order to be able to carry out a better monitoring of their evolution and medical treatment or that of their ward, and to comply with the legal obligations derived from the healthcare activity itself.
• Consent of the data subject.

• The data will be kept for the legal data retention periods established in state and regional regulations.

Accounting, tax and administrative management derived from the care activity itself:

• Fulfilment of a legal obligation.
• The data will be kept for the legal data retention periods established in state and regional regulations.

Management of the collection of payments for medical services rendered:

• Consent of the data subject.
• The data will be kept for the legal data retention periods established in state and regional regulations.

Management of patient relations and sending of commercial communications:

• Relations with patients and the sending of communications will be carried out using electronic means. Information will be provided on activities, events or services provided by Grupo Recoletas.
• Legitimate interest.
• The data will be kept for the legal data retention periods established in state and regional regulations.

Management of the dispensing of medicines in the hospital outpatient pharmacy:

• Contractual compliance / legal obligations.
  Consent of the data subject.
• The data will be kept for the legal data retention periods established in state and regional regulations.

Addressees

The data may be disclosed to the following recipients:

• To your Society or Health Insurance Company (if you have one), as they are essential for such coverage and billing.
• To the Consejería de Salud de Castilla y León, Castilla La Mancha or Extremadura, in the cases provided for by law (depending on the place where the health service is provided).
• In the event that the patient is referred by a centre or doctor other than those that make up the Recoletas Group, the necessary information may be provided for the quickest and most efficient study and analysis of the medical service requested.
• If the patient expressly authorises it, information may be provided in person or by telephone to third parties who request it, only with regard to their stay in hospital, as well as their room number.

No international transfer of data is foreseen:

• They are only contemplated in the event that the patient's insurer is in a third country and it is necessary to send documentation for payment to be made, in which case the patient is informed that he/she expressly authorises the centre to provide his/her data to his/her insurer for the purpose of invoicing the service provided.

Rights of data subjects

Data subjects have the right of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation and portability:

• When the data subject considers that we have violated the rights that are recognised by the applicable data protection regulations, he/she may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
• In those cases in which, due to your treatment, the use of prostheses or any other specific surgical material is necessary, your personal data may be communicated to the supplying entities, solely and exclusively for this purpose.
